Our AJFC 60th Anniversary Gala Dinner commemorates 60 years since a passionate group of like-minded men and women met to form a local community club for kids from the Abbotsford area to play football. The result many years later is Abbotsford Juniors Football Club, a Club that continues to hold community, kids and junior football at its heart. The Gala Dinner will see AJFC members past and present celebrate the Club’s achievements and recognise those who continue to contribute to the Club’s success.
The Gala Dinner will feature a 3-course sit down dinner (beer, wine and soft drink included), a few speeches, a special guest or two, a live band and dancing, and plenty of opportunity for a catch-up or three.

What is the dress code for the dinner event?
The dress code for the AJFC 60th Anniversary Dinner event is Cocktail Dress. Smart casual dress will be acceptable.
Can I organise to sit with another person or group of people?
YES. You will be able to nominate people to be seated with during the booking process. See below for further detail on booking a full table of 10 people.
What is the table seating arrangement for the dinner event?
The AJFC 60th Anniversary Dinner event will provide organised seating for tables of 10 people per table.
How do I go about organising a table booking at the dinner event?
An organiser can nominate as a “table captain” for a table of 10 people and can be recorded against a ticket booking(s) to confirm which table an individual wishes to be seated at. Event coordinators will work to seat individuals with their nominated “table captain”, or in the event of more than 10 people, as close as possible to this table.
Are youth members and/or kids welcome to attend the dinner event?
The AJFC 60th Anniversary Dinner event is intended to be an adult focussed event however youth members and kids are welcome to attend. Youth (soft-drink only) and child (kids meal) tickets are available for purchase. See the booking form for more information on pricing and availability.
I have a person with a special dietary requirement who wishes to attend – is this catered for at the dinner event?
YES. You can specify any special dietary requirement when booking your ticket for the event.
Are group booking discounts available?
NO. Ticket pricing is per person and includes all booking fees. No group discounts are available for the event.
Are ticket cancellations and refunds possible?
Requests for a ticket cancellation and refund can be made by emailing events@abbotsfordjuniorsfc.com.au. Refund requests made before Saturday 12th July will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds requested after this date will be declined due to the need to finalise numbers with our host venue.
